I found a 1987 JD 650 with 850 hours and a 60" finishing mower for $5500. It appears to be in good shape. Is there anything I need to be aware of or look for? I have just started looking at tractors. Any feedback is appreciated.

Sounds like a good price. Even more so if that 60" mower is a belly mount, meaning that you would have a mid PTO. ....

Hey Steve... No mid pto on 650. never had one available. mid mower rear pto drive or front elec. clutch drive. loader has to come off to run mid mower on this model.very time consuming ....
